Kusagi looked out into space from the Alliance HQ, there he could see what would become the biggest mobile colony ever made...The Mediator. It was the first mobile colony ever built and he hoped that he never had to attach the weapons systems on it. Although it would still take some time to finish Kusagi was too excited. It used the highest technilogical advancements in security and propulsion not to mention its advanced medical bays. It would be the biggest breakthrough since the creation of the Gundam, no ship ever big was ever buit and it contested the size of poland.

Kusagi feared the worst was coming, another war nothing like the one year war...much worse. The alliance had almost no military power and their only reserves were a group of volunteers. Hopefully the Mediator would balance the power. Kusagi looked out at the massive Tube-like construct that was attached to the Gryps colony. And if anyone would get thee hands on the cannon, the last resort would be to destroy the cannon.

A young woman entered the room, his secretary. "Commander Tokugawa, you must be leaving for Academy" she said. "Thank you Vanessa, Prepare the Mantis" replied Kusagi as they both walked out. Vanessa pressed a button on hey wrist band. "We need the Manta prepared immediatly." she said as the crew on the other side of the comm replied with a simple. "Yes ma'am".
